Are you hitting your Program sessions and racking up those points for the 31-day Get Moving In May #FitStarChallenge? We’re coming up on the halfway point and hope you’re feeling great! If you’re just starting this week – fear not! There’s plenty of time to participate, and today we have a great way to get fit AND get double points.

The Get Moving In May #FitStarChallenge ends on May 31st, and everyone who has completed 10 or 20 sessions will get a splashy new badge, plus an awesome sense of accomplishment. This is your chance to spring into shape and hone some healthy habits before summer is here, so we hope you’re hitting those workouts!

If you want to squeeze a couple more sessions in, we have a way you can earn double points so you can grab those badges faster.  And it’s only going to take 30 minutes, promise.

Definitely stick to your FitStar Program as much as you like, but mix it up with Freestyle Sessions, too. And here’s the key: Warm It Up first.

Warm It Up is a free Freestyle session in FitStar Personal Trainer. It’s just 10 minutes and will get you ready for any workout on your roster. It’s full of fan and FitStar favorite moves, too, like alternating knee raises, lunging calf stretches, and jumping jacks. This simple workout will loosen up your muscles and joints, as well as rev you up for your next session.
