This isn’t a new Freestyle session and it doesn’t appear in-app – simply follow the image above and do 30 seconds each of mountain climbers, bicycle kicks, lunges, and pike presses. Be the boss of your own bracket and push yourself with each session! Set your timer for 2 minutes and get your friends or family to join in! You’ll feel energized and ready to watch the next quarter.
