Autumn is right around the corner and with it comes great changes—earlier sunsets, colder weather, and an irrational affection for seasonal squash. Chances are, your schedule is picking up, and between work commitments and plans with family and friends – you might need to carve out a little extra time to unwind. We’ve got the perfect thing: squeeze in a simple yoga workout that will reset your soul in less than half an hour.

Seated cross-legged side bends kick off the session to open up your obliques and relax your spine, and cat and cows come in to warm up your back. From there, you’ll transition into forward folds and backbends, followed by a standing sequence of warrior 1, warrior 2, and reverse warrior to gain strength through balance. The session wraps up with a bit of core and pigeon on back to stretch your hips.
