Introducing Lunge & Lift, a brand-new Freestyle session from FitStar Yoga. In just 37 minutes you’ll tackle a variety of poses that engage every muscle. Ease into the sequence with a series of seated and kneeling poses. Warm up from the tips of your toes to the top of your mountain pose with a series of standing stretches. Hone your strength and balance as you move through the down dog, lunge, and warrior variations. With each sequence, push yourself to get a little deeper while maintaining your steady and stable footing. When you’re feeling like the powerhouse you are, flip your perspective for a little fun and tackle the forearm stand. Not fun enough? Don’t worry, you’ll wrap up this workout with happy baby and supine poses to leave you loose, limber, and lighthearted.
